While this is not "radical" thinking, it is "rational" thinking because many people in online marketing know how the typical funnel works, yet, they want the answer and not the "tease".
I think you are onto something that belies the reason why we are in a 2.0 Web world - people are not stupid, they just want really good answers!

I agree with your process, and also have known that a good presentation does require some planning with a funny story with "props" or visuals.
I agree with Anthony, in that the people who are serious about business want really good answers, but also, excellent direction, which I have seen you provide time and again.
